Reed Education are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants, who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students with SEN, based within the SEN Schools we work with in Redhill. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a supportive and dynamic educational environment and are committed to fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
What will be your responsibilities?• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.• Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs).• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.• Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.• Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure student progress.
What do we need from you, what are the requirements?• Experience working with students with SEN (previous classroom experience preferred).• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.• A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges.• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
