SEND Teacher - Horley

Do you hold a current UK QTS or Degree with teaching experience?

Engage Education is currently working with an outstanding Independent SEND school based in Horley who are urgently seeking a caring and enthusiastic teacher to start ASAP.

This school caters for pupils aged 5 - 11 and all students admitted: Have a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, may have an Education, Health and Care Plan and may have additional needs associated with ASD.

They are looking for passionate teachers to teach across Key Stage 1 and 2. This school aims to provide a structured educational environment and focuses on developing the students independence and confidence.

It is not essential to have experience working with children with special needs, although it would be desirable, and training can be provided. What is essential however, is having the right qualities! This includes being nurturing, passionate and a desire to work with children with Autism.
