We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join Reed Education within a School in Redhill. We are seeking someone that is committed to providing exceptional education and support for students with ASD and SEMH needs. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, tailored education to help shape the future of these students.
Day to day of the role:- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with ASD and SEMH needs, ensuring that each student’s learning style is accommodated.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum to meet the specific needs of the students.
- Create individualised learning plans, set achievable targets, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Must hold a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant knowledge and experience working with pupils with ASD, SEMH, and PDA profiles.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to enhance student outcomes.
