Role Overview – Warehouse Operative
Our leading client who provide a range of digital solutions across a number of specialist industries are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team at their Redhill based facility on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation in all aspects of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operative
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact within the warehouse.
- Manage the physical and administrative control of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff where necessary.
- Pack goods for dispatch, ensuring safe and optimal condition upon delivery.
- Oversee Goods Inwards/Outwards processes, ensuring correct documentation is processed and filed.
- Maintain accurate records, including tracking serial numbers and updating databases.
- Ensure compliance with Hazardous Goods procedures.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Participate in stock checks and assist with the yearly stock take.
- Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
Key Experience & Qualifications – Warehouse Operative
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
- Forklift truck licence.
- Educated to a good secondary level.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn and manage new software systems.
- Physically capable of handling loads and moving materials.
- Able to provide a 5-year work history check and obtain security clearance.
