My client is looking for a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods.
  • Store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper labelling and packaging of goods for shipment.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Physically unload 20ft and 40ft containers, both FCL and LCL
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically.
  • Possess a valid forklift operator's license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software applications.
