This school are huge on staff progression and well-being, even as agency staff you will get FREE lunch and breakfast everyday.

 

As a SEN Teaching Assistant the role includes working on a 1:1 basis with children who have challenging behaviour, Social and Emotional Mental Health, Autism.

 

You will be required to provide individualised behaviour interventions within your role as well as always ensuring the child’s safety.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and Mental Health in either an Education or Alternative Children’s Provisions as a Support workers, youth worker, ex prison/ security staff and children’s residential care workers or Teaching Assistant.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • SEN Teaching Assistant experience
  • Should have experience working with children, young people or young adults with mental health requirements, challenging behaviour, or Autism.
  • Available immediately
  • Will have a Clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/ Child and Adult Workforce) registered to the Update Service. – If you do not already have a DBS, we can help you apply for one.
  • Available for Full-Time Work – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
  • Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent (not essential)
