Vision for Education are currently looking for a qualified SENDCo with Qualified Teacher Status to work in a school in Redruth. This is a long term role with a permanent position available for the right person:

Professional Qualities:

• QTS
• SENDCo training or qualification
• Previous SENDCo experience
• SEND experience

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people with a range of learning needs. You will be able to demonstrate a working understanding of how these needs impact upon learning and behaviour in the classroom. You will be expected to create a culture that enables all learners and staff to excel. You will understand principles of curriculum design and quality assurance processes and will be a driving force in further moulding of the team.
