We are seeking two dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service Centre in Tolvaddon. This role involves supporting the raising of repairs, communicating updates to customers, and maintaining accurate records for our monthly reporting. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet targets while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the raising of repairs and communicate updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records for monthly reporting.
  • Work under pressure to meet targets, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing high-quality service and support.
  • Manage multiple systems and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven administration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a customer service or call centre environment preferred.
  • Comfortable and confident in speaking to customers over the phone.
  • Proficient in written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and multiple system usage is desirable.
