Production Operative

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work for our client, a leading producer of raw and chilled fish, in Redruth, Cornwall.

We are looking for flexible Production Operatives to join our close-knit team!

The pay rate for this role is £11.44 per hour.

This is a full-time role, offering fixed day shifts. The hours of work will be 6am to 3pm/4pm.

For the right candidate, this role offers the possibility of permanent work after 12 weeks.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Production Operative include:

- Working with raw and chilled fish
- De-boning to packing and preparing for delivery
- Lifting boxes and moving stock around

A variety of positions are available through your shift, so you're not stuck in one place throughout.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect candidate will need to be physically fit due to the nature of the role and be happy to be on their feet for long periods of time. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
