This is an excellent opportunity for any senior finance professional who is looking for a value-add role where no day is the same. This role is based in a convenient location in the Redruth area.

Here is a brief overview of your key duties as a Finance Manager:
路 Cash flow reporting
路 Lead on compiling all development and sales activity budgets and reforecasts
路 Lead on financial reporting for development programme
路 Carrying out independent financial appraisals, including NPV, IRR and asset cover analysis.
路 Lead on preparing 30-year business plan
路 Lead and monitor sales reporting
路 Point of contact for sales VAT and tax queries
In order to be successful in this post, you will have the following key attributes and experience:
路 ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent experience
路 Cashflow and treasury management
路 Financial accounting and tax experience
