I am looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Construction team.
You will work in line with the company procedures and assist with Site Liaison and Health & Safety paperwork.
Duties will include:
- General administration such as filing, scanning, typing, printing, distribution of post etc…
- Manage the control of PPE, ensuring it is recorded when issued
- Manage the control of site signage and record when issued
- Issue and record return of Health & safety alerts
- Record and chase Health & safety paperwork
- Liaise with Site management team
- Assist with any other duties in line with the efficient running of the office
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
- Must have a strong administration background, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be an intermediate user of all Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint & outlook
8.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday.
