The Depot Manager has full accountability in managing the depot resource to include both drivers and vehicles to ensure that volume is delivered in line with budget. All Health and Safety KPI's are achieved in line with business policy and procedure and legal compliance is maintained within our Operators License.

Profile
A successful Depot Manager should have:
- Experience in managing logistics and commercial within a Service delivery sector
- CPC Qualified
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of depot operations and logistics management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Commutable daily for Redruth Cornwall
Job Offer
The Depot Manager wil recieve;
- salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
