Ivy Resource Group are recruiting for a Groundworks Production Manager for our client. They are a leading Groundworks and Civil Engineering company with a strong reputation across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, and are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their growing team.

Known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they handle a wide range of projects, from large new build residential developments to large-scale commercial and infrastructure works.
The Role
As Production Manager, you will play a key role in liaising with the site teams, and ensure that there is a watertight logistics supply to sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and draw up production schedules
- Monitor the production processes and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain high quality standards
- Implement and oversee quality control systems
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are always adhered to
- Ensure orders are met to client specifications on time and to quality
- Oversee and motivate teams of site work force
- Set site work force goals and check ins.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A full UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
