Your Role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of services, maintaining compliance, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing for inspections.
? Leading recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.

? Managing risk, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures.
? Improving service delivery through audits, performance reviews, and process enhancements.
? Handling customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
