As Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of services, maintaining compliance, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
? Overseeing daily operations and maintaining accurate records.
? Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing for inspections.
? Leading recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
? Driving business development through marketing, partnerships, and tenders.
? Managing risk, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures.
? Improving service delivery through audits, performance reviews, and process enhancements.
? Handling customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
? Proven management experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
? Business development expertise with a track record of growth.
? Excellent communication and organisational skills.
? IT proficiency (Excel, Word) and ability to work under pressure.
? Business-related degree and financial understanding preferred.
? Full UK driving licence required.
