Gi Group is working in partnership with one of the world's leading online retailers, which has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a self-employed delivery driver.Location: Redruth TR16Pay rate - Without VAT £134 - £150 per day. Or With VAT £160.80 - £180 per day.Immediate starts available.Committed full-time shifts every week, with flexible options. Start times between 10:30am & 11:50am. Working up to 9 hours a day.Full training provided: 2-day introduction, 2 days out with a lead driver and built in training to a total of 12 days. What will you be doing:* You will be required to drive a van, delivering parcels to multiple locations within your assigned area. Each route typically includes up to 120 deliveries. * Load vans and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safely.* Use GPS system to make deliveries.What we offer:* Flexible schedule: Can work up to 6 days per week available, some weekend work will be required.* Varied Routes: no two days are the same.* Free parkingWhat we're looking for: * Full UK Driving License (held for at least 1 year)* Must be 18+ years old for insurance purposes.* Experience in driving roles is not required.* A maximum of 5 points on your licence (No IN, DR, DG or TT codes)* Willingness to complete a DBS check and drug/alcohol test.* We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative* Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23kgs)Enjoy the freedom of self-employed work with the security of weekly pay.Apply now to start your new driving journey!
