Scheduler/ Planner/ Administrator

Redruth

Working from home initially, they hybrid - must have worked for a construction company/ contractor previously.

Day to Day:

  • The role is working on a housing maintenance contract. 
  • Arranging engineers to visit tenants' property to carryout repairs
  • General admin duties
  • Liaising with engineers and tenants over the phone
  • Inputting information on a database, excel spreadsheet
  • Making outgoing calls to customers

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Excellent general office admin experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft office programs, excel spreadsheets, outlook emails
  • Ideally experience in a Planning/ Scheduling role

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
