Valuer • West Cornwall • 25k-30k Base Salary • Uncapped OTE • Independent Agency •Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced estate agency sales Valuer. Joining an experienced team, you will bring your energy to this role and of course, your exceptional customer service skills. Your organisation and communication traits set you apart, whilst your positivity and enthusiasm help you build and maintain trust with your clients. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious and vibrant company which boasts a large client base and market share. Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Winning new business
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Valuer role:

Experience of conducting valuations
Stong knowledge of the sales process
Comfortable working with targets
Eager to learn and continue personal development
Driven and ambitious to 'add value'
Excellent business acumen
