Writing, reviewing and updating support plans and risk assessments, using a motivated and positive approach�? Providing high-quality support to clients, helping maintain their homes and tenancies?????? ??????????????????:? Experienced in supporting people with various needs and backgrounds.�? Have the ability to apply common sense to situations, whilst being accountable for decisions made and reasons behind them.�? Be able to establish and maintain relationships within internal and external partnerships, and with multiple clients and colleagues.??? Able to maintain records and put action plans in place�? Have experience of risk assessing and risk management?? Ideally holds a NVQ LVL 3 in relevant field?? Be resilient and adaptable??
