We are looking for someone based in the South West, who is looking for a Hybrid opportunity with a proven track record in private care business development, securing self-funding clients, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand Private Care Services Identify and secure new private clients for live-in care, complex care, and supported living.
- Build Referral Networks Develop relationships with social workers, community nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Create a Premium Care Brand Work alongside marketing to strengthen brand presence and outreach.
- Engage Self-Funding Clients Guide families through private care solutions and service options.
- Client & Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with councils, NHS teams, and private clients.
- Drive Sales & Growth Develop strategies for lead generation, conversion, and revenue increase.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay ahead of trends in private care.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within care, live-in care, or private healthcare
- Ability to engage self-funding clients and develop private referral sources
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Business acumen with experience working with high-net-worth clientele
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously
- A valid UK drivers license and willingness to travel
