Are you a flexible and resilient individual with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt to changing roles throughout the day based on the support needs of each pupil.
- Collaborate with class teachers, support staff, and multi-agency teams to implement recommendations and guidance.
- Provide support to pupils with challenging behaviours, severe physical, and/or learning difficulties.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in supporting pupils with challenging behaviours and severe physical and/or learning difficulties.
- A warm and empathetic personality.
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional approach to working with others.
- Commitment to continuing professional development.
- Flexibility to interchange roles to meet the needs of our pupils.
