Location: Redruth 
Salary:   £80 to £90 per day 
Start Date: Immediately   

Job Responsibilities as a SEN TA:

• Develop strategies to address each student's unique needs, ensuring they thrive in the classroom.
• Work alongside teachers, therapists, and families to create comprehensive support plans that benefit each student.
• Create a welcoming environment that fosters social interaction and communication skills, helping students feel comfortable and supported.
• Actively participate in activities and consistently implement interventions designed to boost students' academic progress.

Desired Qualifications as a SEN TA:

• Candidates with prior SEN Teaching Assistant experience are preferred.
• Having a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a benefit.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• The ability to handle diverse situations is necessary.
• Essential to have a strong commitment to the welfare and achievement of students.
