We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our clients Strategic Provider team. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and financial support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Financial Management: Oversee administrative and financial processes, including petty cash, audits, and compliance with policies.
  • Data Management & Scheduling: Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling software (e.g., Care Planner), and assist in data analysis for demand and supply models.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for Service Users, Alliance Providers, and internal teams, managing communication and scheduling changes.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (H&S, CQC, PAMMS) and implement best practices in care delivery.
  • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, documentation, and supply management.
  • Client Care Support: Assist with care plan input, Service User sign-up meetings, and internal branch auditing.
  • Business Continuity: Support the implementation of Business Continuity Plans and manage emergency staffing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative and financial support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1 and scheduling software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in health and social care is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
