Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a growing business with offices in Reigate, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis. This role will be a month-by-month rolling, temporary contract reporting into the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support across both purchase and sales ledger.
Duties may include:
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Working alongside the Credit Controller, supporting with adhoc credit control
- Matching PO's to invoices
- Processing invoices
- Ad hoc finance administration
The successful candidate will:
- Be available on immediate notice and able to start the 1st week of February
- Have experience using systems such as Sage or QuickBooks
- Ability to be in office 5 days per week
