Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a new opportunity for a company based in Reigate, who are looking for an individual with previous Order Processing experience to join their team.
Working as part of a small team, this is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:
- Responding to customer enquiries on the phone and via email
- Processing orders
- Invoicing
- Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding delivery issues
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Maintaining accurate customer records on SAP system
- Monitoring of stock levels
- Production of reports
- Overall office administration as required
