Arise Recruit is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward thinking architectural practice in Reigate, renowned for its repeat business from a strong network developers operating throughout London and the South East. We are supporting this company and searching for a talented Architect and an Architectural Technician to join their established team of around 15 staff. Offering a competitive salary of £35 - 50k, these Architect and Architectural Technician roles provide the chance to work on an array of exciting projects. Most projects are in the new build residential sector, generally on schemes from 1 to 30 units, including some large bespoke one-off type houses. In addition the company operate in the commercial, education and local authority sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of projects from inception to completion.

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using REVIT.

  • Manage construction stages, with good knowledge of design specifications and building regulations.

  • Communicate well with clients and contractors deliver high-standard projects.

  • Contribute to masterplanning and mixed-use developments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • RIBA / ARB or CIAT Membership, with Ideally a min of 12 months post qualification experience

  • Proven experience in the construction stage of projects with a strong understanding of on-site processes.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.

  • Proficiency in REVIT, and ideally knowledge of BIM.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and contractors.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
