We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm based in Reigate, Surrey, to recruit a Client Support Administrator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in assisting advisors in delivering top-quality financial advice.

In the Role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the firm's Financial Advisers, including compiling and generating various financial reports, utilizing analytical tools, and handling day-to-day client inquiries.
  • Assist in client meetings by managing appointment scheduling, preparing financial documents, and coordinating follow-up actions such as fund switches or withdrawals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Confidently communicate with providers and other third parties to gather financial information on behalf of clients.
