ProTalent is seeking a Bookkeeper for a reputable accountancy practice located in Reigate, with offices in London and Sussex.
The role involves performing bookkeeping duties, preparing VAT returns, and managing accounts for various clients using platforms like Xero, Sage, and Quickbooks.
Candidates should have a background in client bookkeeping within an accountancy practice or bookkeeping bureau, and AAT qualification is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and extensive knowledge of VAT and Management Accounts are desirable for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and the firm is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

The role:

Bookkeeping duties for a wide range of clients
VAT Returns
Management Accounts
Working with multiple platforms such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks
Supporting clients with bookkeeping and software queries
Open to Full and Part time applicants

The candidate:

Background in client bookkeeping within an accountancy practice or bookkeeping bureau
AAT qualified/part qualified
Intermediate/advanced Excel, Xero
Extensive knowledge of VAT (desirable)
Extensive experience of Management Accounts
