Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Contacting target customer base: workplace designers & architects.
  • Proactively reach out to warm prospects (calls, emails & LinkedIn).
  • Follow up warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Booking appointments for the Design Consultant Team.
  • Increase engagement of brand through promotion of events, podcasts & magazine.
  • Maintaining the CRM system ensuring all activities are recorded.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Happy communicating with high profile commercial clients.
  • Outstanding communications skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365.
  • Driving licence.

Desirable:
