We are excited to be working our client to recruit a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM). As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's customer base. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across key industries. This position offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships, and significantly impact the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead qualification to closure.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying up sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, while staying updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills Required

  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines and generate reports.
