As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's customer base. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across key industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead qualification to closure.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying up sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, while staying updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills Required

  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines and generate reports.
