We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts, drive growth, and build strategic customer relationships. In this role, you'll have full responsibility for major accounts, working closely with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, and Product Development to deliver exceptional service and results.

What to Expect in the Role:

  • Take charge of high-value retail accounts, with the freedom to shape account strategies and drive results.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding product lines and delivering sales growth.
  • Work with Procurement, Marketing, and Category Insight teams to craft data-driven customer presentations and align on customer needs.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with contacts across multiple functions within client organizations.
  • Ensure smooth stock flow and service by coordinating closely with the internal Supply Chain team.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years managing UK retail accounts, ideally within the food sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
