As a Clinical Services Manager, you'll have a range of responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage clinical services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, supporting hospital initiatives.
- Oversee staff deployment, supervision, and teaching within the clinical area.
- Drive staff development and performance, ensuring compliance with CQC Standards.
- Maintain a cost-effective department, including financial management and business planning.
- Work clinically as needed, with at least one clinical shift per week.
