Essential experience:
* Infrastructure and 3rd line support * Windows OS and MacOS* Windows Server up to 2022* Office 365 / Azure - including implementations and migrations* Google Cloud - implementations* JAMF* Exchange Server * Hyper V & VMware* Firewalls, Networking, Storage, Backups, Disaster recovery* CCTV and access control * Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell)
