The Company:

Our client, an established organisation providing surveying services, consultancy, and software products, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. They work with a range of clients in the social housing sector, including housing associations, local authorities, and building contractors. Located in Reigate, Surrey, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of surveying and related projects. Working closely with the Building Surveying department, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the organisation's high standards. Your main duties will include:

  • Setting up, attending, and chairing meetings
  • Liaising with surveyors and clients to ensure project success
  • Managing a small team, including conducting appraisals
  • Maintaining asset lists and project registers
  • Providing survey data and reports to clients
  • Supporting invoicing and ad-hoc client queries
  • Assisting with bidding and presentations as required

The Candidate:

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to help and support others
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and experience managing a small team
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • The ability to commute to Reigate

- Desirable: Project Management qualification and proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Summary of Terms:

- Salary: £33,000-42,000, depending on experience

- Hours: 37.5 per week, with some hybrid working options

- Holidays: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
