Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal with 4+ years experience looking to take the next step in your Residential Property career?Want to join a well established firm, known for their long-standing client relationships and client loyalty?Small, welcoming team, offering mentorship and great opportunity with study support for CILex or SQE?This is a fantastic role within a highly reputed firm. Key responsibilities include:
  • Property Transactions: Managing sales and purchases, including title checks, contract reviews, and compliance.
  • Client & Third-Party Liaison: Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors, resolving legal concerns.
  • Searches & Due Diligence: Conducting searches, assessing risks, and advising clients.
  • Legal Documentation: Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
  • Exchange & Completion: Coordinating contract exchanges, fund transfers, and ownership recording.
  • Post-Completion: Handling Land Registry registrations and Stamp Duty submissions.
  • Caseload Management: Managing multiple transactions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service standards.
About You:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing, either as an experienced Paralegal or Conveyancer.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and third parties.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
  • Hours: Flexible working hours, with options of 35 or 37.5 hours per week.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, including bank holidays.
