- Property Transactions: Managing sales and purchases, including title checks, contract reviews, and compliance.
- Client & Third-Party Liaison: Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors, resolving legal concerns.
- Searches & Due Diligence: Conducting searches, assessing risks, and advising clients.
- Legal Documentation: Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Exchange & Completion: Coordinating contract exchanges, fund transfers, and ownership recording.
- Post-Completion: Handling Land Registry registrations and Stamp Duty submissions.
- Caseload Management: Managing multiple transactions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service standards.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing, either as an experienced Paralegal or Conveyancer.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and third parties.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
- Hours: Flexible working hours, with options of 35 or 37.5 hours per week.
- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, including bank holidays.
