- Handling Property Transactions – Overseeing property sales and purchases, carrying out title reviews, assessing contracts, and ensuring compliance.
- Client & Third-Party Communication – Engaging with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors, addressing legal queries.
- Due Diligence & Searches – Conducting property searches, identifying risks, and providing expert advice.
- Preparing Legal Documents – Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage paperwork.
- Exchange & Completion Process – Managing contract exchanges, financial transactions, and registering ownership changes.
- Post-Completion Formalities – Submitting Stamp Duty paperwork and registering transactions with the Land Registry.
- Managing Caseloads – Overseeing multiple property matters, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining excellent service standards.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, either as a Conveyancer or Paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, capable of managing transactions independently.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and external parties.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-tier client care.
