Your key duties will involve:
  • Handling Property Transactions – Overseeing property sales and purchases, carrying out title reviews, assessing contracts, and ensuring compliance.
  • Client & Third-Party Communication – Engaging with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors, addressing legal queries.
  • Due Diligence & Searches – Conducting property searches, identifying risks, and providing expert advice.
  • Preparing Legal Documents – Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage paperwork.
  • Exchange & Completion Process – Managing contract exchanges, financial transactions, and registering ownership changes.
  • Post-Completion Formalities – Submitting Stamp Duty paperwork and registering transactions with the Land Registry.
  • Managing Caseloads – Overseeing multiple property matters, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining excellent service standards.
About You:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, either as a Conveyancer or Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, capable of managing transactions independently.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and external parties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-tier client care.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary, based on experience.
  • Flexible working hours, with options for 35 or 37.5 hours per week.
  • 28 days’ leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
