Customer Service Representative

  • Salary:  £23-28,000 per annum 

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Day to day of the role:
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Work closely with other team members to provide a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
