Reigate (Or London) - Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

This FTSE 250 Financial Services Company who specialise in Retirement Solutions are seeking a Data Process Specialist to manage and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in line with GDPR and data protection regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, protecting individuals' data rights, and mitigating privacy risks.

Skills and Knowledge required -

  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills, and subject-matter expert knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to inspire trust, influence others, promote collaboration and motivate
  • Ability to succeed in an influence-based role
  • High degree of self-motivation, self-discipline and enthusiasm to succeed
  • Strong delivery focus and organisational/ project management skills to coordinate plans and deliver to agreed timescales and within budget
  • Good IT skills, including Office 365 suite

Experience -

  • Experience with processing DSARs and DPIAs.
  • Relevant experience in data protection specialist roles in financial services
  • Experience in working in a busy environment with a diverse activity role
