Crown Dental Burs Ltd. is a very successful, family-owned dental supplier based in Hastings, east sussex. We are a fast growing and highly profitable business with a hard fought for reputation that we consider to be the most knowledgeable and best in our industry. We are also the exclusive dental partner for Frank Dental, a German precision manufacturer of over 4,000 specialist burs.

We are looking for a highly ambitious sales person to take over, and expand, the territory of our founding director in the South East of the UK. Our USP is our expertise, and we never employ high pressure sales tactics. Our success to date has been purely down to our solution based approach, by recommending and building a better bur set for dentists that leads to higher standards and better dental care.

We are looking for a hard worker who wants to rise up the career ranks based on their own ability and results. They will be responsible for developing an already lucrative area and building their own sales team. As you succeed, we will employ people under you and you will be rewarded appropriately.

This role is excellent for someone who feels they deserve more responsibility and recognition for the skills they have, is already working within the dental profession, possesses confidence and can build strong relationships that lead to opportunities for providing the right solution.

You will already understand dental terminology. Full and thorough training on the burs’ marketplace will be given.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role that may, occasionally, includes some evenings and Saturdays. You will ideally be based in the South East of England but your sales area responsibility will become the UK as you expand your base, develop the corporate market and build your own sales team. You will be given a great deal of independence and will be responsible for approaching the corporate market through existing contacts, lead prospecting, following them through with appointments and presenting to the key purchasing decision makers.

Expert and comprehensive training on burs will be given.

We require you to live in or around Kent/Sussex/Surrey Territory (Ideally M23/M25/M20)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years dental sales or Dental nursing.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a regular call cycle
  • Good understanding of Dentistry including Oral Surgery/Implants and Orthodontic procedures
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Good self-organisation skills and effective time management Is a must. Proactively pre planning their diary on a regular basis.

Remuneration:

Excellent basic salary.

Excellent bonus and commission.

Car or mileage allowance.

Pension (after successful probation).

20 days holiday. After 3 years of employment, holiday increases 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 days (excluding bank holidays).
