Assistant Technical Manager - a growing Construction Consultancy & Building Contractor is searching for an Assistant Technical Manager to join their expanding construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Technical Manager join a growing construction arm to deliver internal projects procured through the consultancy.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with Head of Construction to support in the management of developments ranging from £2m - £12m.

In the role you will provide design and technical solutions following appraisal of any constraints or challenges that the site may present, making the selling process between Aspire and its customers a smooth and efficient process.

On projects that will be developed in-house, you will work closely with the Head of Construction to co-ordinate development programmes and manage the pre-construction design and delivery process with the appointed consultant and main contractor teams.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the land and planning team to undertake land appraisals, support planning applications, carry out feasibility studies with cost and risk analysis

Requirements:
- Experience with a building contractor or residential developer
- Industry related qualification or studying towards
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction costs

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience working with a building contractor or residential developer.
