Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with extensive reconciliations experience and people management skills. The Reconciliations Manager will analyse the transactions and oversee the cash, reconciliations reporting team.Salary: £36K + bonus + excellent benefits

Location: Surrey - Hybrid working

Reconciliations Manager duties:

  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Checking of transactions, analysis - monitor the end-to-end production and review of the reconciliation reporting
  • Cash reconciliations
  • Produce monthly management reporting
  • Manage and support a small team

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a similar Finance - Reconciliations role
  • Proven people management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of nominal ledger, debits and credits
