The team is based in our offices in Woodhatch Place in Reigate. We promote agile working as a team, and we split our time between working from home and working in the office. The role is offered on a hybrid basis.

About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and managing service investigations to address and resolve issues within the organisation. You will also work closely with Occupational Health provision to ensure the well-being and productivity of staff and maximise the effectiveness of the Occupational Health offer. Part of your role will involve developing and implementing policies that support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. You will engage with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes, with a focus on a collaborative approach to well-being Additionally, you will lead a small team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while managing the budget for service investigations and occupational health initiatives.

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience in service investigation and occupational health management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
