My client is a small yet fast expanding IT services company based in the heart of Surrey, supporting nearly 60 customers across multiple countries across the globe. Due to ongoing success and growth they have an urgent requirement for a proven 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer that is able to step in to the role as a senior member of the team.

As 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer you will ideally have a proven MSP background and be a natural troubleshooter with technical flair and outstanding communication and customer service skills. Technically the 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer will be able to demonstarte competency across tech such as: ConnectWise, PSA, Office 365 ,Google Workplace, DNS, N-Sight RMM, SentinelOne, Malware, Bytes BitDefender, DropSuite, Axcient, Acronis, Windows, Mac OS, InTune, Addidgy, RingCentral, VOIP ,Telephony, Connectivity, Networking.

This is a great opportunity to join a small MSP that is really going places. A great opportunity to share ideas and knowledge and as the company grows, you will grow. They currently operate 4 days in the office and 1 day at the home with some extra flexibility when needed.
