The role will involve working on a number of projects simultaneously as the lynchpin between the internal dev team and the client. Due to nature of the business this role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with different stakeholders, both internal and external.This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development plan and personal development budget.Due to this self-started culture the business works with flexibility at its core and it happy to allow the team to work mainly remotely, meeting up in the office for team days a couple of times a week. Prior experience in a Project Manager role in a technical setting
Experience managing projects with Software Development teams
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with external stakeholder management
Experience with JIRA or similar
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
Any agency experience would be a benefit
