Hybrid

We’re looking for a temporary SharePoint Specialist to support a key internal project focused on the assessment, restructuring, and optimization of our SharePoint Online environment. You’ll be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of our current SharePoint Online sites and leading the design of an improved site architecture — with a particular focus on security, permissions models, and user experience. This is a hands-on role, requiring both technical administration and strategic design thinking.

Role responsibilities:
  • Assess the current structure, usage, and governance of SharePoint Online sites.

  • Identify issues, inefficiencies, and risks — especially around permissions and security.

  • Redesign site architecture and permissions models for improved scalability and usability.

  • Lead or support site migrations, consolidations, and restructures as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align SharePoint structure with business needs.

  • Provide recommendations and a roadmap for long-term SharePoint governance and best practices.

Skills required:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online architecture, design, and administration.

  • Deep understanding of permissions/security models in SharePoint.

  • Experience with site migration, site consolidation, and content optimization.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between SharePoint admin troubleshooting and site design — not just fix issues, but rethink and rework the platform for future use.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, consultative mindset.
