  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365, resolving issues, and advising on best practices.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
  • Training Development: Create and conduct training sessions for users to improve system understanding and usage.
  • System Administration: Handle routine tasks like user account management, report generation, and workflow maintenance.
  • CRM Administration: Manage Dynamics CRM functions, including views, workflows, and data imports.
  • Documentation: Produce user guides and best practice guidelines.
  • Custom Reporting: Create reports and dashboards, utilizing tools like Power BI for actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Necessary Skills and Attributes
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: High exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proficiency in creating reports.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
