Join our Service Delivery Team

Working with our Business Analyst, you will be supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes aligning them with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.

Provide day to day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems

This role will have accountability for the integrity of our business data

Management reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI

Involvement in user acceptance testing, user training and development of associated training materials

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a logical problem solver with:

  • 3 years as a Systems Analyst or similar with experience in process optimisation
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes
  • The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Project management and software development
  • The ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience in digital transformation change management
  • Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable
