Are you looking to take the next step in your planning career within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment? An established and growing property development company based in Reigate is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Town Planner (or Town Planner, depending on experience) to join their close-knit, collaborative team.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in-house as part of a forward-thinking team that designs and delivers bespoke care and residential properties across the UK. The successful candidate will work primarily within the planning team but will also gain exposure to land acquisition and design processes-offering a comprehensive insight into the full development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications

  • Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams

  • Support site appraisals and feasibility assessments

  • Contribute to design meetings and planning strategies

  • Stay informed on planning policy and legislative changes

  • Engage in community consultation and site survey coordination
