The Role:
- As a Family Lawyer, you'll handle a variety of cases, including relationship breakdowns, child arrangements, and international child abduction cases.
- You'll have the chance to grow into a court advocacy role, with mentorship provided to progress your skills.
- Flexibility is available, with both full-time and part-time options, and the possibility of working remotely.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally, you will be an accredited Resolution Specialist or a Family Law panel solicitor.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathetic, client-centered legal advice.
- Court advocacy experience is desirable but not essential, and the firm will mentor those interested in developing this skill.
